Working Days are from Monday to Friday and do NOT include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Product packaging:
- DISCREET PACKAGINGWe pack your items in a completely opaque thick brown cardboard box OR opaque high strength un-tearable poly We don’t put any indication of product name name in the package on the packaging box*. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards quality and packaging of your order. This is done FREE OF CHARGE!
- We won’t be attaching the invoice outside the box in case of prepaid orders.
- In case of COD order we shall be attaching the invoice with the package mentioning the generic name of the product category eg. tasbih, bracelet etc.
- GIFT WRAP we offer optional gift wrap in case you want to surprise someone OR you want additional layer of privacy. This is made available at a nominal charge of Rs 30.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
